Group therapy sessions are a safe, confidential way to build the knowledge and skills to combat everyday anxiety in a supportive environment. In group sessions, you’ll be able to share your experiences, hear from other like-minded individuals who share your struggles, and gain valuable feedback, insight, and encouragement. At $40 per session, group therapy may also be an economical alternative to individual therapy.
