Dr. Hayley Dauterman, PHD

Director of Clinical Training & Programming
Licensed Clinical Psychologist

hayley@nwanxiety.com

Hayley has a strong background in treating anxiety and related disorders. She specializes in serving youth and their families and enjoys the process of helping individuals overcome their fears and get back to their lives. Hayley utilizes a variety of evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) interventions in order to address her patients' presenting concerns. In addition to treating OCD and anxiety disorders, Hayley also works with individuals with a variety of other diagnoses and challenges including mood disorders, body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs; hair pulling, skin picking), demand avoidance and school refusal, sleep problems, toileting issues, hoarding behaviors, tic disorders, and parenting challenges.

Hayley received her doctoral degree from Seattle Pacific University where she gained a breadth of training and experience providing evidence-based treatments across the range of pediatric mental health disorders. She completed her clinical internship at Central Regional Hospital and UNC Chapel Hill where she worked in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings. Hayley then completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship at Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle further specializing in the assessment and treatment of pediatric anxiety disorders.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outside to exercise or work in the garden, and playing with her dogs.
