G’s counseling education is grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and she has received training in intervention styles rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
G received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Lewis & Clark College and then furthered her education by becoming certified as a Digital Wellness Educator. She is eager to integrate this background with the evidence-based strategies centered at NWAI to help families and individuals address the unique stressors and anxiety that manifest in the digital age. Outside of the office, G loves being outdoors (rain or shine); hiking, biking, and yoga; hands-on, creative projects; astrology; and analyzing reality TV shows with friends.
